Koko the Gorilla loses her kitten

Amazing.  I think I speak for almost everyone when I say that I had no idea how similar gorillas are to us humans. My impression no doubt is a result of Hollywood. All those movies, like King Kong, that portray gorillas as aggressive dangerous monsters. Nothing like a few facts to remind ourselves how little we know.
